I like the software and ease of use

This worked fine until the weight of the cover flipping open pulled the selector onto the floor behind where the discgear was stored. The auto opening function for the lid stopped working at that point.

The software could definitely be upgraded. There doesn't seem to be enough options and I'm also using it for movies but it seems more oriented toward audio CDs.

Having tried several storage options, this disc storage system is not only practical but easy to set up and attractive. It took me a few hours work but the effort is well worth it! We can now find and retrieve CD's that we had forgotten we even had!

I have tried many other products and have found Diskgear to be far ahead of the rest. I have 8 Selector 100's and 2 Selector 120HD's. I just wish there were more colors to choose from, it would be easier to code my library. An EXCELLENT product

The software allows you to sort by any column and print that sorted list, however, the ID # always follows the Artist. So if you are like me ... I grabbed all my CDs and started entering into the software thinking that I could sort by artist after I did all the entry, the "Black Eyed Peas" were listed as ID # A 65 which is not what I wanted. Since it was actually the 4th Artist listed I would have expected it to be ID# A4... and I would then place it into slot A4

The Selector 120 HD is exceptionally easy to set up,The software is easy to use, fast and efficient. I got rid of all of my DVD cases and have a nice compact storage unit instead of multiple towers. I will buy additional 120 hd's as I increase my vidio library. I will buy them also for my audio library.

Certainly an easy way to pick out the Wii Game that I want to play. A fantastic organizer and super easy to set-up and use.

Nice hardwear totally ruined by lousy software. The computer program packaged with this (Discware Lite 1.6) not only is hard to use but fails to perform as specified AND crashes at frequent intervals. Save your money, buy the 100 model without the software and save yourself the frustration by indexing by hand.

I have three hundred movies and what a great product to store, and protect my investments. I have another discgear just for my cd's. Great storage saver. All my comments are all positive.

Oh my goodness!!! Took All day, but in the end... LOVE it. Was not hard at all and I am not computer savy. Was productive project for my daughter and I. Can not believe the plastic for recycling. Hope it continues to hold up for years to come.

I now own two, one for music and one for movies! This is the first time I have everything within my finger tips reach! No scratches, easy to set up and best of all..... it only takes up a small spot on my shelf, unlike the 120 movie jackets I had before. I have the black leather and it's classic. Not a sore thumb like others I have seen.

I received this as a gift last Christmas. I was iffy at first but once I got to setting it up, I fell inlove!!! So easy to use and saves SO much space! I would recommend this to everyone!!!
